The BI Developer is a key member of the Data Analytics team, sitting at the intersection of business intelligence, data modeling, and analytics engineering. The team is responsible for translating curated data from the Azure and Databricks platform into trusted, performant, and well-governed reporting solutions that support all lines of the business.
This position is designed to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI reporting and semantic models. You will serve as the single point of accountability for the full project lifecycle, owning initiatives from intake through final sign-off. Your work will focus on dashboard development, DAX, semantic modeling, paginated reporting, and disciplined change management.
In this role, you will partner closely with operational, accounting, and executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and performant reporting solutions. You will ensure metric consistency and accuracy across all dashboards while adhering to established format, performance, and governance standards. The role requires a balance of technical depth in model development and strong business-facing communication to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with Databricks or Azure-based data platforms. Familiarity with Change Management concepts for BI and analytics deployments. Experience supporting Accounting, Finance, or Operational reporting. Exposure to Freshworks (or similar ticketing systems) integrated with development workflows. Real estate industry experience.
Skills: Power Bi, Dax, Paginated Reporting, Tabular Editor, Azure Devops, Git, Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, SQL, Databricks.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field required.
