We are on a journey to transform our Business Intelligence (BI) landscape, and this role is critical to that mission. Our current environment includes multiple SQL Servers and varied, often inconsistent data sources. While our dashboards may not yet reflect a modern, sleek design, there is a significant opportunity to build order from complexity and drive real improvements.
This position is unique in its potential to shape the future of our BI department. You will not only address complex data challenges but also develop new technical skills in cloud technologies and modern Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate excels in data modeling, navigates challenging data environments with proficiency in Power BI and DAX, and is eager to drive critical business insights.

Requirements
- verifiedMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
- verified5 or more years of experience with database development and data visualization
- verifiedProficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, and DAX
- verifiedStrong data modeling expertise
- verifiedWillingness to embrace a cloud-first strategy
- verifiedPython experience is a plus
- verifiedExperience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, pipelines, and forms is highly desirable
