About the Role
As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will serve as a bridge between complex data landscapes and actionable business insights. This role exists to transform raw data into visually compelling, executive-ready dashboards that drive decision-making across the organization. You will be the expert voice in semantic data modeling, ensuring that the stories told by the data are not only accurate but also scalable and performant.
In this hybrid position based in Oaks, PA, you will spend three days onsite each week collaborating closely with Data Warehouse and Data Engineering teams. Your day-to-day involves designing interactive reports, building robust semantic models using dimensional modeling best practices, and optimizing performance through advanced DAX and Power Query techniques. You will work directly with business users to refine KPIs and metrics, ensuring that every dashboard delivered is business-ready and aligned with strategic goals.
