A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting Benefits Customer Service Representatives for a contract assignment with a Fortune 500 client in Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers significant career growth potential and the flexibility to choose between a remote or onsite work model, provided candidates reside within two hours of the facility.
The position serves as a bridge between the client and their members, guiding individuals through the enrollment process and assisting with updates to health care and pension plans. The team environment is designed to prioritize high-quality service, allowing representatives the time necessary to resolve member concerns effectively. While the role begins with a single client, dedicated team members will be cross-trained to support multiple clients, utilizing phone, web chat, and email channels.
Work schedules fluctuate based on seasonal demand. During busy seasons, a 40-hour week including overtime is expected, while off-season hours range between 32 to 40 hours. The required availability window is Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Although the role is primarily remote, day one requires an onsite visit to pick up equipment, and attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days. Onsite presence may also be required for specific meetings or major projects.
