About the Role

CPI is seeking a dedicated Agronomy Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our sales operations. You will organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Customer Service Representatives while investigating customer complaints to determine causes and select the best solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve tracking and reporting program totals, creating customer invoices, and maintaining customer accounts through invoice corrections and contract maintenance. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to collect and verify customer data, orders, pricing details, and landlord splits, ensuring accuracy and seamless communication. Additionally, you will provide information applicable to salespersons to assist in customer sales strategies and help sales staff complete administrative functions to improve sales/patron relationships and daily efficiency.
