The Cost Transformation Accelerator (CTX) team drives the strategic transformation of costs to enable PepsiCo's ambitious growth and profitability aspirations. Within CTX, the Cost Benchmarking & Visibility (CB&V) team serves as a critical component, leveraging deep strategic insights and analytics to identify and pursue cost transformation opportunities across the organization's biggest markets and cost categories.
Beyond driving insights, the CB&V team is building a digital benchmarking solution to provide enhanced cost visibility across key global markets. The team systematically executes deep dives that support market cost transformation while simultaneously providing essential inputs for the tool's design.
As a Benchmarking and Insights Director, you will partner closely with market leaders and functional experts across PepsiCo's top Foods and Beverages markets. This role is heavily focused on conducting strategic deep dives into key productivity opportunities across Make, Move, and Sell to solve, identify, and prioritize incremental cost transformation opportunities.
The work is fast-paced, project-based, and deeply analytical. Success hinges on your ability to translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that influence the organization. You will need to be perpetually curious, building an intimate knowledge of our cost structure, operating models, and profit drivers. A thorough understanding of end-to-end costs across Make, Move, and Sell, along with exposure to key P&L lines, is critical.
You will manage global stakeholders and processes, comfortable with thinking end-to-end about top global markets. This position includes one direct report and requires leading diverse matrixed teams through highly collaborative, project-based ways of working. Strong organization and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to build and deliver presentations to multiple levels of the organization.
Candidates will be evaluated on their strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, and ability to navigate ambiguity. The selection process involves engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions to demonstrate sound business judgment and technical proficiency.
