About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bell Person dedicated to enhancing our guest experience through exceptional service and support. As a vital part of the front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, setting the tone for their stay. This role requires a proactive individual who is motivated to provide an unforgettable experience for every guest, anticipating needs and engaging with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWelcome and assist arriving and departing guests with professionalism and courtesy
- check_circleSafely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages
- check_circleSecurely store luggage while awaiting transfer
- check_circleProvide detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel facilities to guests
- check_circleCommunicate hotel emergency procedures as needed
- check_circleOffer information about the hotel and local attractions, including travel directions
- check_circleTransport guests safely to and from property areas
- check_circleBuild positive relationships with all hotel departments
- check_circleRemain vigilant at your post to ensure guest safety and notify Security if necessary
- check_circleEnsure cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment and work areas
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- verifiedAbility to lift items more than 75lbs
