About the Role
This position is dedicated to preparing and cooking food items that deliver high-quality taste and appearance, ensuring guest satisfaction while maximizing food revenues. You will be an integral part of the kitchen operations, working in a fast-paced environment where precision and speed are essential.
Your day will involve coordinating orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking, managing product rotation, labeling, and dating, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. You will be expected to work across multiple stations as needed, assist with restocking supplies, and ensure all products are held and served at correct temperatures. Success in this role requires the ability to follow written and oral directions, interact effectively with co-workers and supervisors, and perform independently under pressure.
