Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure
- check_circleArrange transportation and hail taxicabs for guests
- check_circleProvide information about the hotel and answer guest inquiries
- check_circleSubmit Lost & Found reports for all found articles
- check_circleDeliver messages, packages, flowers, and housekeeping items to guest rooms
- check_circleClean and set up meeting room functions and direct guests to rooms
- check_circleSet up and maintain complimentary lobby functions including coffee service and events
- check_circleBook tours and assist with general information when the concierge is unavailable
- check_circleGreet guests professionally and provide positive first and last impressions
- check_circleAssist valet staff and ensure the white zone remains clear for guest arrivals
Requirements
