We are looking for individuals passionate about making a difference for children with Autism, including those currently in education or related fields such as Teachers, Teachers Assistants, and Paraprofessionals.
The Role in Action
As an ABA Therapist, you will provide one-on-one services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. You will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Your day will involve recording session data accurately using electronic devices and fostering a positive learning environment for clients while connecting with their families.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time, with flexible afternoon and evening shifts ideal for students or those seeking a part-time schedule.
