As an ABA Therapist, you will provide one-on-one services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. You will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Your day will involve recording session data accurately using electronic devices and fostering a positive learning environment for clients while connecting with their families.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time, with flexible afternoon and evening shifts ideal for students or those seeking a part-time schedule.
We are seeking candidates who are able to make a long-term commitment of at least six months.
