Located in Fletcher, NC, The Willows is a clinically dynamic, trauma-intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the needs of adult women. Our focus is on clinical care, utilizing the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of patients within our specialized healthcare setting. You will work with clients daily to support them as they follow their individual treatment plans. Because each client is unique, no two days at The Willows will look the same.
Your day might involve attending groups, taking clients to appointments, or even going camping with our clients! You will guide our clients through the program every step of the way, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals. This role requires managing crisis situations effectively, ensuring patient safety, and facilitating therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals with serious emotional disturbances (SED). Ultimately, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes by providing compassionate, skilled support in a structured behavioral health environment.
