Hope Health is a faith-based, Federally Qualified Healthcare Center dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the Ellis County community. We offer a comprehensive range of services including Adult Medicine, Women's Healthcare, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, and Dental care.
We are seeking a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to join our behavioral health patient care team at our brand new clinic in Waxahachie. This role is designed for a clinician who values a team-based approach to patient care while possessing the ability to work independently. You will provide direct counseling and support to patients referred by Hope Health providers, delivering evidence-based therapy and crisis intervention. A key part of this position involves partnering closely with our primary care team to ensure integrated, whole-person care that addresses co-occurring challenges such as substance use, chronic pain, and weight management.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and trauma-informed culture. As a member of our team, you will contribute to this environment by maintaining high ethical and professional standards and engaging in ongoing professional development. We encourage our clinicians to utilize professional development funds to expand their skills in evidence-based interventions.
