Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a full caseload of children, youth, and families
- check_circleConduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- check_circleTeach educational classes as needed
- check_circleMaintain accurate case files and compile monthly statistical data
- check_circleCoordinate caseload distribution and client assignments
- check_circleEngage in community outreach and build linkages with partners
- check_circleDeliver individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions
- check_circleSupervise graduate-level students and agency volunteers
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of three years' experience providing counseling or managing a caseload with children, youth, and families
- verifiedActive licensure or license-eligible (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC) preferred
- verifiedAbility to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity
Nice to Have
Active licensure or license-eligible (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC). Additional theological training or spiritual care experience. Experience with family counseling, case management, and multi-agency collaboration. Life coaching certification.
