About the Role
We are hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Requirements
- verifiedLicensed in Pennsylvania as psychologist, counselor, MFT, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, CRNP, or scope including ABA oversight
- verifiedBCBA certification or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
- verifiedOR BCaBA certification or other undergraduate-level certification
- verifiedOR 1 year full-time ABA experience plus 12 credits in ABA
- verifiedOR 1 year full-time ABA experience under BCBA supervision plus 40 hours ABA training
- verifiedOR Licensed psychologist with 1 year full-time ABA experience plus 40 hours ABA training
- verifiedAbility to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
