This role is dedicated to supporting children with Autism and related developmental disabilities across diverse settings, including homes, communities, clinics, and schools.
Working under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician focuses on treating patients with difficulties in socially significant behaviors. The scope of work encompasses social skills, reading, communication, personal self-care, and work skills. The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of collecting data on programs, assisting with parent training, and facilitating transitions between agencies and programs as a child's needs evolve.

We value team-oriented environments where employees demonstrate reliability, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings. We expect all team members to represent the organization professionally and to communicate clearly with administrators, parents, and community members.
