Are you seeking a career that makes a meaningful impact on the world? Join us in our mission to empower children with Autism to achieve their full potential and lead joyful, fulfilling lives. We are a devoted community of professionals in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, driven by a shared passion for enhancing lives.
This role offers a fantastic entry point into the field of psychology, providing valuable real-world experience. Whether you are a college student seeking flexibility, someone in Special Education, or a caregiver looking to transition into behavioral health, this position is designed to fit your schedule. Many roles offer afternoon or evening hours, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work or a new career path.
As a Behavior Technician, you will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, providing one-on-one ABA services directly in clients' homes or community-based locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, record session data accurately, and foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families.
We offer same-day pay, allowing you to access a portion of your paycheck right after you clock out for immediate financial flexibility. Positions start part-time with opportunities for job security and advancement in the thriving ABA industry. A minimum 6-month commitment is required, and we encourage all new hires to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
If you are compassionate, patient, and passionate about making a difference, you are the perfect fit. No prior experience is required; we value your willingness to learn and your dedication to helping children with Autism thrive.
Apply today to join our team, begin your career in ABA, and make that positive difference!
