Start a fulfilling journey at Autism Learning Partners, supporting children and teens with autism. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career while making a positive impact every day. You will primarily provide services in clients' homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on client needs.
You will help kids learn through play, teaching new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions through fun games and activities. As a positive role model, you will encourage progress and celebrate small victories. The role requires you to stay active, moving around and engaging throughout sessions, while keeping things organized by tracking progress (training is provided). You will also be an integral part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
If you are caring, dependable, and want a rewarding part-time job that matters, we will train you to become a certified Behavior Technician and help children reach their full potential. Many of our leaders started in this role, offering clear growth opportunities.
Apply today and start turning your love for kids into a meaningful career. We are looking for individuals with a big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic children. A background and health check are required.
