Whether you are assisting with personal care, preparing nutritious meals, or transporting clients to medical appointments and social outings, your presence helps foster a sense of belonging and valued social roles. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to create and refine service plans that are tailored to each individual's unique aspirations.
