About the Role

As a Specialty Equipment Specialist, you will drive strategic sales initiatives within your assigned territory, focusing on Agiliti's Specialty Equipment Solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across rentals, on-site managed programs, and clinical engineering services. You will address critical areas such as fall prevention, skin injury prevention, bariatric safety, early mobility, and patient handling equipment.

In this position, you will design and execute a territory plan that leverages the EVM framework. Your day-to-day involves adapting to customer needs, conveying compelling information to hospital administration and clinicians, and managing external relationships to exceed expectations. You will act as a strategic partner, translating the benefits of our solutions to solve specific business problems and challenges faced by healthcare facilities.
