About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 9,000 stores and continuing to grow. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary beauty advisor to our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
Your mission is to share the latest beauty trends and techniques through your extensive industry knowledge, ensuring customers experience a top-notch client experience. You will strive to build a personalized, robust basket for each customer by listening to their needs, offering specialized sales advice, and creating lasting relationships. This role is for someone who is excited about beauty, confident in their verbal skills, and eager to compete with themselves to beat prior sales goals.
