About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 9,000 stores and continuing to grow. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary beauty advisor to our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
You are excited about beauty! Your role is to share the latest beauty trends and techniques through your extensive industry knowledge, ensuring customers experience your passion and sales skills. You will strive to build a personalized, robust basket for each customer by engaging in meaningful conversations, listening to their needs, and providing specialized sales advice. By acting as a brand expert, you will answer customer questions in detail and educate them on proper product usage and benefits, leveraging our monthly sampling program to build lasting relationships.
