About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 9,000 stores and continuing to grow. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary beauty advisor to our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
Your mission is to share the latest beauty trends and techniques through your extensive industry knowledge, helping customers build a personalized, robust basket. You will be the brand expert, answering customer questions in detail and leveraging product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible. Beyond sales, you will educate customers on proper usage and benefits, utilizing the CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build lasting relationships. You will also represent company sales programs, discuss the CVS Beauty Club, and invite customers to special in-store events.

Requirements
