About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 9,000 stores and continuing to grow. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary beauty advisor to our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
You will be excited about beauty and passionate about the retail industry. Your role involves sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques through your extensive industry knowledge, helping customers build a personalized, robust basket. You will strive to create a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service, effective upselling, and building lasting relationships. By answering customer questions in detail and educating them on product usage and benefits, you will help customers address their needs while leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.

Requirements

Nice to Have
