Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAnswer customer questions in detail using extensive product knowledge to drive sales
- check_circleCreate and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands
- check_circleExecute CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies in a timely manner
- check_circlePerform ear-piercing services and other duties requiring manual dexterity as required
- check_circleParticipate in company sales programs, events, and promotions to close sales and build relationships
- check_circleProvide personalized sales service and beauty advice to customers entering the beauty zone
- check_circleMaintain assigned areas by keeping them well-stocked, merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards
- check_circleExecute effective upselling and suggestive selling strategies to build robust customer baskets
- check_circleMeet established sales budgets and track progress toward individual sales goals
- check_circleStay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and new product launches
Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years old
- verifiedAvailable to work flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and Peak Hours
- verifiedMust demonstrate ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
- verifiedIn specific stores, must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice to Have
Prior beauty sales experience, current knowledge of beauty products and brands, strong passion for beauty, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
