About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 9,000 stores and continuing to grow. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary beauty advisor to our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
Your mission is to share the latest beauty trends and techniques through your extensive industry knowledge, ensuring every customer experiences a top-notch service. You will strive to build a personalized, robust basket for each client by listening to their needs, offering specialized advice, and creating lasting relationships. This role is for someone who is excited about beauty and eager to help people on their path to better health, knowing that when people feel good about themselves, it translates to the rest of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands
- check_circleEnsure all CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies are executed
- check_circlePerform ear-piercing services and other duties requiring manual dexterity in compliance with company guidelines
- check_circleTrack sales progress and execute established sales plans to meet budget and sales goals
- check_circleProvide personalized sales service and beauty advice to customers in the store's beauty zone
- check_circleMaintain assigned areas by keeping them well-stocked, merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards
- check_circleParticipate in sales training meetings and events to stay current on new products and promotions
- check_circleExecute upselling and suggestive selling strategies to build robust customer sales baskets
Requirements

Nice to Have
