About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on one primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on the customer's journey. This role requires knowledge and training, which Sally Beauty provides, while you bring your passion and personality. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement the customer's needs. The position involves setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise to highlight sales, and ensuring customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program. We offer a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone's needs.
