About the Role

The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed for passionate individuals who are eager to build a career in restaurant management. This role is not just about supervising; it is about coaching a great team, creating exceptional food, and fostering a culture of hospitality.

As an MIT, you will support the Assistant and General Managers in the overall operation of the restaurant. You will learn the ins and outs of running a store, from mastering team performance and cost controls to facilitating food service systems. You will work directly with leadership to develop initiatives that drive sales and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction. Whether you are new to the workforce or a seasoned professional, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn responsibility, leadership, and the BBQ trade simultaneously.
