As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, you will join a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians to provide personalized, one-on-one care. Your mission is to help patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes by managing care plans that support recovery and enable them to return to the lives they love.

Hiring Process and Requirements
This role is patient-facing and requires a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with state minimums or specific coverage limits. Selected candidates will be required to participate in Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Requirements
- verifiedMed surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- verifiedCurrent and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- verifiedCurrent CPR certification
- verifiedExperience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- verifiedValid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

One year nursing experience. Home Health experience.
