About the Role
The FM2 BAS Integrator serves as a critical bridge between facility operations and advanced building automation technology. This role is designed for experienced technicians who possess a passion for excellence and a desire to serve. You will be responsible for the software programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of various HVAC control systems. Beyond technical execution, you will lead building automation system (BAS) commissioning, provide training to facility operators, and offer ongoing technical support.
A key part of your day involves facilitating the integration of multiple facility systems using diverse communication protocols, including BACnet MS/TP & IP, Echelon, Modbus, and Zigbee. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable trade experts to ensure systems are configured correctly, perform functional checks on mechanical systems, and develop comprehensive scopes of work. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art engineering software and IT networks, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of the facilities we manage.
