About the Role

As a Bartender at Time Out Market, you will provide outstanding guest service and product to ensure that each of our guests enjoys a memorable experience with each visit. You will be the face of our venue, creating a sense of urgency and maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.

Your day will involve anticipating guest needs, responding to inquiries with a courteous and polite manner, and providing information regarding our venues, menus, and pricing. You will be responsible for the proper setup and maintenance of event and banquet function spaces, ensuring the bar top remains clean and free of clutter throughout your shift. A key part of your role is maintaining atmosphere control by circulating through your work area, monitoring guests, and ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in the venue by adhering to all state and federal liquor laws and company safety standards.

We are looking for individuals who are commercially astute, have a high sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, and are eager to dive headfirst into great service and hospitality. You will work as a team player, communicating effectively and assertively with staff, clients, and the public, while maintaining a professional image that further enhances the overall theme of the venue.
