About the Role
As a Bartender at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and Bourbon & Bones, you will be the heart of our hospitality experience. You will craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring every drink meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Beyond mixing drinks, you will engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines to guide guests through our menu. You will work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure a smooth service flow, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures is essential to keeping our venue running efficiently.

Requirements
