Square One Concepts is seeking a highly motivated Hourly Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across our restaurant concepts. In this role, you will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of quality, and maximize profitability while leading a dedicated team of staff members.
As an Hourly Restaurant Manager, you will set performance goals, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Your day will involve monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, conduct regular menu tastings, and collaborate with chefs to develop appetizing offerings. A key part of your role is interacting directly with guests to address concerns, gather feedback, and foster strong rapport with regular patrons.
Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management. You must be proficient with industry systems such as Toast, Hot Schedule, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ. This position requires a valid Food Handlers Certification, Alcohol Service Licensing, and Title 4 Manager Certification. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
