As a Grill Cook, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen, responsible for crafting delicious grilled dishes that delight our guests. In this fast-paced environment, your expertise in grilling techniques and dedication to high-quality food will directly contribute to the success of our restaurants, including Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and Bourbon & Bones.
You will work alongside a collaborative team of chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours. Your day will involve operating various grilling equipment, monitoring food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment while upholding Square One Concepts' culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleFollow recipes and plating guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality grilled dishes
- check_circleAdhere to food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- check_circleEnsure accurate and timely preparation of customer orders while maintaining presentation standards
- check_circleCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours
- check_circleClean and maintain grilling equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least eighteen years old
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- verifiedPrevious experience as a Grill Cook or similar role
- verifiedMust have a valid Food Handlers Certification
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
