Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrain and develop associates on job performance and participate in the appraisal process

- check_circleCommunicate company information and educate associates on current promotions
- check_circleDevelop department business plans and execute sales promotions to achieve profit goals
- check_circlePlan and organize inventory processes and train associates on Computer Assisted Ordering
- check_circleAssist management with budget preparation, expense control, and profit and loss reviews
- check_circleEnsure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained with accurate logging
- check_circleManage Bakery department functions, duties, and activities to ensure quality standards
- check_circleReinforce safety programs by inspecting equipment and reporting hazards or accidents
- check_circleReview and inspect products for quality and freshness, taking appropriate action
Requirements
