About the Role

You will be a versatile team member with the ability to work in any of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End. Your day will involve engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs, helping them create their meal solutions, and maintaining a hospitable shopping experience through merchandising and stocking products.

Beyond direct guest interaction, you will gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store. Success in this role requires presenting yourself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards, and maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store.

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
