This full-time position is dedicated to the core operations of our Bakery, where Food Quality and Food Safety are paramount to meeting customer expectations. You will serve as a key operator, managing a diverse range of production tasks including batch mixing, baking, extruding, filling, depositing, and cutting.
Your day-to-day involves the setup and operation of specialized equipment such as mixers, depositors, ovens, extruders, and robotic cutters. You will read recipes to ensure the precise production of various products, including pastries, buttercreams, cookies, and cheesecakes. Beyond production, you will execute baking, filling, cutting, and decorating procedures while completing daily production reports.
A critical part of this role is maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols, directly supporting our FSSC 22000 Certification. Additionally, you must adhere to our safety program for the safe operation of equipment and follow all Bakery Standard Operating Procedures.
