About the Role

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative who thrives in the field and excels at turning outreach into tangible results. This role is ideal for an independent professional who enjoys meeting local businesses and managing a dynamic pipeline. Based out of Missoula, MT, you will operate within a two-hour driving radius, potentially traveling up to four hours round trip daily to visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns.

Your day will involve presenting program opportunities to generate interest, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the application process. You will manage your pipeline in Salesforce, import weekly data, and support the Field Manager in planning recruitment events like lunch and learns. Success in this position requires building partnerships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to foster community connections.
