About the Role
Join us on a mission that matters. The Account Management Associate sits within the Account Management team, directly supporting Account Directors, Managers, and their clients across a broad portfolio of renewable energy project developers and buyers, including major names in the AI and data center industry.
This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in renewable energy markets, PPAs, and enterprise account strategy. You will work alongside experienced Account Managers and Directors, managing internal processes and client-facing work streams while driving low-touch engagement across a range of accounts and providing higher-touch support for select strategic clients. You will work cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Transactions, with room to shape processes and lead new initiatives.

Location & Work Model
This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA, operating on a hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule. The office features a casual dress code, standing desk options, and regular company-sponsored events.
