About the Role

Staples is business-to-business. You are what binds us together. This high-velocity sales position is designed to hunt within a defined territory to prospect and win net new small to medium business customers. As a B2B Sales Associate, you will not only secure new accounts but also ramp and onboard them to further expand our customer base.

You will leverage a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement remotely via phone, video, and face-to-face interactions, utilizing digital tools to maximize efficiency. The role requires you to create sticky accounts that continue to purchase from Staples by integrating feedback from prospects into your sales approach and supporting product selection and standardization based on industry buying processes.

  • check_circleUtilize selling tools like SFDC to prioritize activities and document customer engagement
  • check_circleCommunicate daily with prospects in person, face to face, and via digital tools
  • check_circleIntegrate prospect feedback into sales approaches to create tailored solutions
  • check_circleCollaborate with customer support and category specialists to progress deals to closed won
  • check_circleRamp and onboard net new accounts to ensure compliance and drive customer retention
  • check_circleAnalyze industry buying processes to support product selection and standardization
  • check_circleSet required weekly appointments with decision makers using effective appointment setting skills
  • check_circleOvercome objections and close sales using prescribed professional selling skills
  • check_circleManage new customer assortment and pricing strategies to build sticky accounts

Requirements
