About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to high-impact delivery.

Your day-to-day will involve facilitating Agile delivery for EDIM teams by leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Active participation in team discussions is key as you work to provide solutions to work-related problems. You will partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress and metrics, and ensure transparent status reporting. Additionally, you will proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed to promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
