About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is centered on facilitating Agile delivery for EDIM teams. You will lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring strict alignment with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.

Your day will involve partnering with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting. You will proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning and coordination. Active participation in team discussions is key as you contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems. You will also ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
