The Resort Operations Finance team is a dynamic group of Finance and Accounting (F&A) professionals stationed on-site across various resort locations within specific geographic regions. As the Marriott Vacation Club brand expands, the team's footprint evolves to support a growing portfolio of properties. The team's core mission is to ensure financial compliance with management agreements for nonprofit property owners' associations while delivering robust financial reporting, analytics, and performance insights for on-site ancillary business operations.

Through disciplined operating rhythms and clear communication with on-site Finance teams, you will set expectations, monitor progress, and course-correct as needed. The role demands executive-level business partnering to protect the integrity of financial reporting while driving improvements in transparency, standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.
