This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and client experience, with a strong focus on statement production, performance reporting, and data-driven communication. As the voice of the customer and business, you will own product strategy and execution for key reporting capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and stakeholders across LPL to deliver enhancements and new solutions that improve transparency, usability, and overall client satisfaction.
