The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets, and advisory solutions to corporate, government, and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, considering their total relationship with Wells Fargo. Our Markets division provides solutions to manage exposure through various derivatives, lending, and cash products across Structured Products, Rates, Equities, Foreign Exchange, and Credit Sales & Trading.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Product Manager to join the eMacro Product organization, specifically focused on Rates e-trading. This role sits at the intersection of electronic Trading, Sales, Quant, and Technology, with accountability for shaping a commercially driven product agenda and bringing structure, focus, and momentum to a complex, fast-moving book of work.
This is a business-facing product leadership role, not a pure delivery or requirements function. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of Rates market structure with the ability to set direction, influence stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into a clear execution path. You will partner closely with Rates Trading, Quant, and Sales to identify and advance initiatives that drive client adoption, market relevance, and revenue growth. Your mission is to own and evolve the eRates product narrative, articulating where the platform is going and why it matters commercially.
In this position, you will serve as a point of synthesis across disparate inputs from Trading, Sales, Quants, and Technology, aligning stakeholders around shared goals. You will bring order to diverse demands by establishing clear priorities and trade-offs informed by commercial value. Additionally, you will build strong working relationships with Technology leadership to ensure delivery capacity aligns with business priorities and maintain awareness of risk, controls, and governance expectations relevant to electronic trading platforms.
Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements; individuals subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing. Affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information regarding these expectations will be shared during the recruitment process.
