The Merchant Service Program & Portfolio Office is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of product delivery. Our mission is to craft solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences by leading end-to-end processes, managing complex dependencies, and liaising effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
As a Reporting Lead within the Merchant Services team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling product and program execution reporting. This position exists to bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will design and deliver interactive dashboards that provide clear visibility into planning, execution, delivery health, risks, and dependencies.
In this role, you will proactively identify reporting gaps and define data requirements to ensure metrics are accurate, trusted, and actionable for audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior leadership. You will source and curate data from systems of record, such as Jira and other portfolio management tools, translating complex information into insights that enable leaders to course-correct and drive outcomes. Your work will directly support the efficient implementation of solutions, ensuring that reporting is not just a record of the past but a tool for future success.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and role alignment, followed by a technical deep-dive focusing on data modeling, dashboard design, and tool proficiency. Subsequent rounds will involve scenario-based discussions on stakeholder management and change readiness, concluding with a final team fit interview.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Our culture thrives on different perspectives and is dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone can contribute to the firm's success.
