The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Perioperative and Procedural Operations serves as a strategic leader within the Adult Surgery department at OU Health. This role is designed to provide high-level oversight of surgical and procedural services, ensuring they align with the broader organizational goals of growth, access to care, and operational excellence.
As a results-driven leader, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, budget management, and performance coordination of the perioperative continuum. Your work will directly impact patient safety, quality outcomes, and efficiency by optimizing block utilization, case scheduling, supply chain management, and technology implementation. You will act as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of civility and continuous improvement while serving as a key representative for the nursing body among senior leadership.
