At ST Engineering MRAS, we are a pioneer in the production and assembly of complex aerostructures, including aircraft and rocket components, engine nacelle systems, and advanced composite products. From the first flight across the Pacific Ocean to developing highly complex structures for the most popular aircraft in the world, we apply the latest digital technologies and automation in composite design and manufacturing. We are rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capabilities, leveraging our expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio and materials expertise to support thousands of customers and millions of people worldwide every day.
This entry-level Aviation Assembler role is designed for hands-on problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment and take pride in precision work. You will be responsible for performing complex assembly and installation tasks, fitting and adjusting parts of major production sub-assemblies, and executing advanced riveting techniques. The role involves working from blueprints, tool write-ups, and sketches to ensure accuracy and conformity to specifications. You will also be tasked with checking out minor assembly tools, preparing surface areas for adhesives, and using precision measuring devices to acquire product acceptance data. It is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and build something that matters on a team that values precision, grit, and growth.
