About the Role
Big O Automotive Technicians are the backbone of our service centers, dedicated to diagnosing, recommending, and performing automotive repairs with accuracy and speed. We adhere strictly to company programs, policies, and procedures to ensure every vehicle receives the highest standard of care. Our technicians are recognized by their expertise, with titles ranging from Automotive Technician A (4+ ASE certifications) to Technician C, reflecting a commitment to continuous professional growth.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance alongside general mechanical work. Your day involves not only repairing vehicles but also coaching team members, maintaining a smooth workflow for customer service assignments, and extending Big O's Extra Care Services to every client. You will collaborate with store management to meet service quotas, ensure accurate invoicing, and utilize the outside purchase program to maximize profitability. Additionally, you will participate in weekly meetings to review safety and policy updates, ensuring consistent execution of vehicle inspections and the processing of adjustments and core credits.

Requirements

- verifiedMinimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician
- verifiedCurrent Motor Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri based stores)
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedLegal authorization to work in the United States of America
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred)
- verifiedASE certifications (Preferred)
