About the Role
Located at Volkswagen of Orlando, the Master Technician plays a pivotal role in building customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in the Napleton brand. This position is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance performed in strict accordance with dealer and factory standards. The role goes beyond simple repairs; it involves effective vehicle diagnosis and repair to ensure customer confidence.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is process-driven and committed to continuously updating their technical skills and techniques through formal training sessions. Staying abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology is essential to maintaining the high standards expected in our climate-controlled shop, where organized special tools are available to ensure higher production efficiency.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Technician and applicants must be 18+ years of age to comply with company driving policies.
