About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing dealership group. In this role, you will be a key partner to our sales team, helping to shape the future of the dealership while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work in a rural setting with a strong community atmosphere and a lower cost of living, balancing high production expectations with a commitment to your well-being.

This position offers a clear path for advancement, with opportunities to grow into GSM or General Manager roles for the right candidate. We also sponsor development opportunities through NCM or NADA Academy for those committed to long-term growth within the organization.
